The right of withdrawal for your ErsatzTV subscription expires in the case of an agreement for the supply of digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium if we have begun performance of the agreement after you have expressly consented to the commencement of performance of the agreement before the end of the withdrawal period and you have confirmed that you lose your right of withdrawal by your consent to the commencement of performance of the agreement.
When purchasing an ErsatzTV subscription, you expressly confirm before registration that you consent to the immediate start of the live tv server service and that you are aware that your right of withdrawal expires after full performance of the agreement. Therefore, after full activation of your ErsatzTV subscription (provision of login credentials), no withdrawal is possible. However, you have the option to use the money-back guarantee within the first 7 days (see §4).
